Avinya is designed for teenagers aged 13–19. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
Parents or guardians who register on behalf of a minor accept responsibility for the child’s compliance with these Terms.

- Projects, assignments, and assessments
- Access to recorded content and resources

- Personalized guidance and progress reports

Account Registration & Responsibility
To access certain features, users (or their parents) may need to create an account or sign up on our service.
You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct
Users must not:
- Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users

Payment & Refund Policy
Fees for programs are clearly listed at the time of enrollment.
Payment must be completed before the start of the program.
Refunds (if any) are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
